What is the exchange and return period?

How to process return or exchange?

Where do I have to ship the return or exchange item?

Do I have to pay for the shipping for my exchange or return?
The cost of shipping for the return or exchange has to be borne by the customer. We recommend you to use shipping with tracking option as we are not answerable if the package is lost during shipment.
Please note: We are not answerable for any damages that might occur during the transit of the goods being returned. If the product for exchange or return has been used or modified or damaged in any form, it will be shipped back to you, we are not liable for the additional shipment charges and no refunds will be issued for the same order.
How will I know if my product is qualified for return or exchange?
We accept returns and exchanges within 6 days of the date of the delivery only if the following conditions are met:
- a) The goods must be in the same condition as they were when shipped out. We will not accept any products that have been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed).
- b) Exchange or return is valid only on products worth or above INR 4000
- c) The cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
- d) TIEC is not liable for any damages that might occur during the transit of the goods being returned. We are not answerable for the package if it is not shipped to the same address as mentioned in the email or if the package is lost during shipment.
We do not accept returns and exchanges for discounted items, eyelashes, and hair accessories.
What is the refund policy?
Refund is not an option. In cases where a return is possible, we only give store credit.Once the product is qualified for return or exchange after inspection, a store credit will be issued within a week instead of a refund, and Rs 200 or 5% of the original order value, whichever is higher will be deducted for all exchange and returns. The store credit after deduction will be a coupon code which can be used during checkout for your next purchase.
Are there any deductions for the exchange or return?

Why is my product not qualified for return?
