Shipping and Delivery Policy

TIEC provides free shipping across India on all orders 

After the final quality check, the order is made available for shipping and is handed over to our delivery partner. Shipping confirmation and tracking details are available via email or phone number once the order is shipped.

We ship during all business days (Monday to Friday) excluding weekends and holidays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

Wrong Address Disclaimer/Failed Deliveries/Refused Shipments

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address details are correct and have all the required information required to deliver the order at the right address. Since we process the order quickly, it becomes difficult for us to modify or cancel the order within a short period of time. If you decide to modify or cancel the order or change your shipping address, please write to us at as soon as you place your order. We will try our best to make the required changes, but we cannot guarantee the same.

If a shipment is returned due to a bad address or refused shipments, we are not liable for the additional shipment charges and no refunds will be issued for the same order.

Delivered but not Received/ Lost shipment

While tracking your shipment, if there is any discrepancy in the delivery information or if it has been lost in transit, please write to us immediately at We will try to coordinate with our delivery partner and find the best possible solution.

All the orders we ship come with a tracking number. If the tracking status is delivered, but you have not received your shipment yet, please contact the courier partner to investigate the issue. We are not responsible for the packages where the tracking information states that the shipment has been delivered to your address.

International Shipment 

It takes up to 10 business days from our end to deliver regular orders, but for custom orders, it may take an additional 2-3 days to clear the custom payment and KYC which has to be done by you, the customer.

Please note: The shipping charge for international orders varies, depending on your country. Custom duty has to be paid by the customer separately as per the respective country standards.
